Using this site

This website is provided to share information about the BerryPOP festival, the Shire of Berry Potter Charity Gala Dinner, raffles, donations, and the Superheroes Community Care Country Retreat. You may browse the site and submit enquiries via the Contact page for personal, non-commercial purposes.

All text, images, and branding on this site, including the BerryPOP name and logo, belong to SEL or are used with permission, unless otherwise credited. You may not reproduce or redistribute site content for commercial purposes without our written consent.

Ticketing, raffles & donations

Where this site links out to a third-party ticketing, raffle, or payment provider, that transaction is governed by that provider's own terms and conditions. SEL is not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services linked from this site. Raffle terms and conditions specific to each raffle will be published alongside the relevant raffle.

This site is provided "as is." While we make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and up to date, SEL does not guarantee the site will be error-free or uninterrupted.
